i was asked to write something to put in my friend's book she was making
this is what i wrote (in about a minute so sorry if its crap!)


Life is about pushing the limits
And no one will leave it without scars
The key is not to hide them under clothing, attitudes and lies
But to bear them for all to see
So that they can see even after all that
You learnt, you succeeded.
We fear rejection and so do not gain acceptance
Fight for what you believe in - freedom fighter or terrorist?
Don’t move forwards, don’t move backwards
It’s time to explore every direction
The box doesn’t exist…
